WHAT'S BEHIND AFM?
A story spanning XXX years.
Air Fleet Management was born in 2012, in response to the need of the National Fire Brigade for an environment that would enable 360-degree management of the Corps' aeronautical sector.
The version of AFM used by the National Fire Brigade is characterized by a high degree of customization of functionalities aimed at managing the Training and Rescue Operations carried out by flight personnel, as well as monitoring all Aircraft Maintenance through the management of maintenance protocols and programs. All this is supported by functions dedicated to controlling material stock as well as the management of the warehouses themselves.

MODULAR MANAGEMENT FOR A FLEET THAT'S ALWAYS READY.
AFM is structured to integrate essential operational functions and support activities, creating a coordinated and flexible network for managing the air fleet. At the center of this structure is the core system, which includes Flight Operations and Maintenance. Flight Operations represent the heart of the system, taking care of planning and managing every aspect of the flights, while Maintenance ensures that all aircraft are ready and safe, with the support of Logistics for the management of necessary resources.
This continuous interaction between Flight Operations and Maintenance is fundamental, as it allows for a constant flow of information and actions, ensuring that the fleet is always operational and efficient.
Supplementary Modules offer additional and strategic capabilities. The Training module, dedicated to training, is essential to ensure that staff are always up-to-date and prepared, contributing to maintaining high standards of competence and safety. Alongside this, Rescue Operations guarantee operational readiness in emergency situations, enabling the system to respond quickly to crises.
